Writing, Editing, and Revisions

Give students the opportunity to practice writing short stories and the editing and revision process. Students will complete a story, have another student read it and give feedback, and the students will revise their stories accordingly. As a class, discuss how this process works and how it relates to Casey's process in the novel.

Adapt the Novel to a Different Form
