In this lesson we will discuss Martin Luther King, Jr.

Lesson

1) Group Reading: Print the short biography of Martin Luther King, Jr. found on the Nobel Peace Prize website. Divide the class into small groups and give each group a copy of the biography. Have each group read through the biography discussing who MLK is, what accomplishments he achieved in his life, and what values he held close. Have the group designate one record keeper to write down key points that their group learned about Martin Luther King, Jr. by reading his biography...
