Lesson

1) Class Discussion: Lead the class in a discussion about George Washington. What did the students know about George Washington before reading this book? What do they know about George Washington now? Why was George Washington destined for greatness? What were Washington's character traits that would make him a great man? Do the students think Washington was a great visionary, leader, or both?
