· The story begins in Cairo, Egypt in 1912.

· Two agents of the Ministry of Alchemy, Enchantments and Supernatural Entities, Agent Hamed Nasr and rookie Agent Onsi Youssef, arrived at the office of Superintendent Bashir, who was in charge of the city’s Tram Safety and Maintenance.

· Superintendent Bashir had called them over claims that there was a haunting in tram car 015.

· While at the office, Superintendent Bashir told Agent Hamed and Agent Onsi how the tram car resembled a telepher system.

. Superintendent Bashir claimed that the djinn mechanic had stolen the idea from the telepher system.
