What kind of family life did he have? Who was his father? What did Rumi learn from his father? What type of work did Rumi do? Who were his friends? How did others regard him?

2. Written Assignment: Write a one-page description of Rumi, focusing on his roles of poet, teacher, scholar, and leader.
