Objective

The objective of this lesson is to examine the backgrounds and the relationship between Breitwieser and Kleinklaus. Breitwieser and Kleinklaus had very different childhoods. They met in 1991 and immediately fell in love.

Lesson

Class Discussion: How did the childhoods Breitwieser and Kleinklaus have make them the type of people they were? How did their childhoods affect their relationship? When did Breitwieser and Kleinklaus meet? How did they both fall in love? How and why was their relationship mutually beneficial? How would you describe the relationship between Breitwieser and Kleinklaus?

Activity: Divide the students into small groups. Have each group make a list of words that describe the relationship that Breitwieser and Kleinklaus had. Include words that show the positive and negative aspects of their relationship. Then discuss how those qualities reveal what the relationship was like.
