Soundtrack of My Life

Choose one of Nafisi's students from the Thursday study group. Using contemporary popular songs, construct a soundtrack that aurally presents the feelings and experiences of this student as described throughout the memoir. Trade soundtracks with a friend and see if you can identify each other's choice of student.

Word Search Puzzle

Construct a word search using the names of Nafisi's students. Start by setting up a grid 12 blocks wide and 12 blocks high. Begin by filling in the names of students, using one letter per block. Names could be read horizontally, vertically, diagonally, backwards, or forwards. If you want, provide a list of of the student names to accompany your word search puzzle. Trade puzzles with a classmate and see who can find the names fastest.
