Stage the Play

Put on a full-length production, or have students work on specific scenes in class. Depending on how many students there are in the class, be sure to include a director for each scene just in case there are student who are uncomfortable in front of the class.

Rewrite a Scene

Choose a scene within the play to rewrite, using your own thoughts about how you would have reacted in the situation. Choose a partner or two and read the scene for the class.

Character Drawing

Choose one character from the play and create a life-sized drawing of the character. It can be realistic, abstract, drawn, painted, or any other medium. Be sure to draw the character in a specific scene from the play.
