Richard and Leslie are in a plane on their way to California for a scientific conference, and Richard thinks about how much they have grown as a couple. Richard is grateful for his life that he has shared with Leslie. This lesson will explore the Bach's positive relationship.

Lesson

1) Class Discussion: Richard notes that since they first met, he and his wife have changed quite a bit, having successfully come through some difficult times. In the plane, they work in tandem, and Richard admires his wife's beauty and ability. What is Richard thinking about as he flies the plane toward Los Angeles? When he looks at Leslie, what does he admire about her? Does he believe their lives are happy at this point? How so?

2) Small Group Discussion: Form small groups and work together identifying the qualities of Richard and Leslie's relationship. What does...
