Lily Pad Hop

Kate and Anna disagree and decide to divide the room, but the door is on Kate's side. Sara comes to see why Anna does not come downstairs and uses various items as "lily pads" to walk Anna out of the room, without actually touching Kate's side of the room leading to the door.

Have students make large lily pads (that someone's feet can stand on without any part foot hanging off). You'll need enough to spread around a room from door to farthest point away. Space them enough that you have to take an extended step or even "hop" to the next lily pad. Start at the farthest lily pad from door and time each person to see who can lily pad hop to the door the quickest, without falling off the a lily pad or using hands to keep from falling!
