Greg and Earl's film focuses around Rachel fighting cancer. Why might this have been the theme chosen for the film that was meant to be a gift to Rachel to cheer her up? How does this clearly show they do not know Rachel? How is this reflected in Rachel's response that she liked the film but it was not her favorite? What type of movie would have been more appropriate? Why?
