Movie

Watch some scenes from the movie version of this book that closely follow the book. Have the students discuss whether or not the images in the movie were how they imagined them while reading the book.

Dioramas

Split the class into groups and assign each group a different setting from the book. Have each group create a diorama of this setting along with a description of how this setting affected the plot of the book. Arrange these dioramas in chronological order.
