Kaitlyn Greenidge is an American writer and novelist. She is known for her debut novel, We Love You, Charlie Freeman, and her sophomore novel, Libertie.

Lesson

Class Discussion: Who is the author of Libertie? How was the book received? What else has the author written?

Small Group Activity: Divide students into small groups and ask them to compile a list of facts about the author, encouraging them to include information relevant to the book's themes. Regroup and share with the class.
