Rashid is a quirky man with eyes that bulge out ever so slightly. He tells stories for a living. He is married to a beautiful woman named Soraya, and he has one son, Haroun.

3. Why does Soraya choose to leave her family?

Soraya leaves her family because she is fed up with Rashid. She decides running off with the boring Mr. Sengupta is a better idea than living at home. She executes her plan perfectly and leaves before Rashid realizes what is happening.

4. Who is Oneeta?

Oneeta is Mr. Sengupta's wife. She is a dumpy woman who is loud and sometimes rude. She often gives Haroun more attention than he desires.
