• The project proposal is dated in July of 2019, and is from a student called Pippa Fitz-Amobi.

• It proposes that Pippa (Pip) complete a project of "Research into the 2014 Missing Persons Investigation of Andie Bell in Fairview, CT" by studying the media coverage of "Sal Singh and his alleged guilt" (1).

• The project supervisor's comments warn Pip that the topic is a sensitive one and that she is to have no contact with the involved families.
