In a fictional thriller, there are elements such as plot twists, fight/chase scenes, and cliffhangers that promote adrenaline rushes, uncertainty, and arousal. What does the author reveal about the character(s) in these settings that immediately introduces the element of a fictional thriller novel? What elements of the story line are full of this dramatic genre?

2) Group Discussion: Divide the class into smaller groups. Discuss how the book would be different if the genre was something other than a fictional thriller novel...
