What is the role of women in Ghost? How are women portrayed, and what kinds of roles are open to them? How would you evaluate Jason Reynolds’s depiction of women in this novel?

Ghost and Brandon Simmons start off as enemies, but their relationship undergoes something more complicated than that, when Ghost tells his friends to go easy on Brandon.
