Lesson

1) Life Review of Author: Provide a brief overview of Torey Hayden's career and life along with some of the major events in her life. Split the class into groups and assign each group one of the major events from her life. Instruct each group to study their event and write about how this event would have shaped her life and affected her writing style. Allow each group to present their information.
