This scene is the perfect first scene as it sets the stage for the rest of "Fairy Tale". The objective of this lesson will be to explore some of the possible foreshadowing that happens in this scene, and to discuss some of the possible outcomes.

Lesson

1) Prediction: Read aloud with the class the part where Morgan talks about her relationship with Cam and how it started. Have the students each write a short prediction about what this strange relationship could be foreshadowing. How will this be important to the plot? Do you think it gives away too much? Why or why not? What evidence is there in the scene to support your belief? Allow some volunteers to read their ideas.

2) Group Activity: Split the class into groups, and assign each group one of the characters in this section. Have each group write a prediction...
