Write a Letter

Students will write a letter to their friends who have recently had a (pretend) child providing them with 5 suggestions on how to raise that child. Ensure that each suggestion begins with a sentence that clearly states the main idea of the suggestion. All suggestions should cohesively come together to capture one overall theme.

Celebrate Female Writers

Students will research multiple female writers throughout the history of time. Find out what made these writers so unique and influential. Create a poster presentation that celebrates the writers and includes your research. Be creative, resourceful, and informative in your piece.
