Chapter 1

In this chapter the two main characters Lucifer and Phyllida Tallent are introduced. Immediately, we see how the two characters are attracted to each other and how their relationship is the platform on which the entire novel rests. The objective of this lesson plan is to focus on their relationship and what it shows readers about them as individuals.
