All That's Left in the World Overview

Erik J. Brown's young adult post-apocalyptic novel All That's Left in the World is the story of Andrew and Jamie who meet by chance after more than 99 percent of the world's population died from a superflu. While on a lengthy trip on foot, they learn about hope, fear, and the importance of finding someone to love. The novel's main themes are the changes in a post-pandemic world, the effect of extraordinary circumstances on vulnerability, trusting the good in people, the necessity of hope, and the importance of relationships.
