Racial Advancement

In South Africa, racial discrimination has a long history. The government of South Africa is predominately white. This government has used their power to abuse and neglect the needs of the black citizens of their country. As a result, a movement has arisen in South Africa to replace the white government with blacks. Many of these groups are radicals who will kill everyone who gets in their way, including blacks. However, Hiram Lusana has begun a group that is more selective about their targets. Lusana does not allow the murder of African blacks. Not only this, but there is more military planning in Lusana's actions. All of this makes the AAR a real threat to the government of South Africa.
