Birds

Birds make a reappearance in this book. They are symbolic of calamity and redemption. While it’s said that the black doves fight wars, it’s also mentioned that white doves bring peace on their wings, symbolizing the fact that Kennedy as the white dove will find a way to end this fight.

Faith's Journal
