Courtney is horrified to find that she has been sleeping entangled up with Jordan. She pushes him off her and goes to the bathroom. She calls Lloyd to leave a message on his answer phone, but is surprised when he answers. He is annoyed that she is sharing a room with Jordan, but she lies that there was only one room left. He asks if she is okay and she assures him she is, and they say goodbye. Courtney lies down on the other bed from Jordan and goes back to sleep.

In the flashback chapters, Jordan kisses Courtney, then says goodbye for the day. He goes home and confronts his mother about her affair, and she begs him...
