Chapters 9 and 10 Summary

As Bobby walks around town naked, he is able to observe people doing things without them knowing that he is looking at them. For example, he notices a boy about 18 that puts on a cool act when his friends approach him. After his friends pass, his demeanor changes and he goes back to being who he really is. Bobby decides to go to his school and watch the kids file out for dismissal. When Bobby leaves his school, he heads to the library. Bobby wants to use one of the soundproof rooms to listen to a CD, but he finds all of the rooms occupied. In the final soundproof booth is the blind girl that he ran into a few days earlier, so he steps inside of her booth.
