Summary

In Chapter 6, Lo stood in the shower and thought about how much a trip on this particular cruise ship cost. She wondered how her boss could stand getting these occasional glimpses into a life that so few people could afford. Lo was frightened when the door to the bathroom, which she had left open, suddenly slammed shut leaving her in the dark bathroom. Lo forced herself not to panic, determined not to be that woman who was scared of everything. Back in her room everything was as she had left it, and she was able to convince herself that it was the movement of the boat that had shut the door.
