Chapters 33-36 Summary

In Chapter Thirty-Three, Mars Ultor was worn out from his trip from where he had been trapped to San Francisco. He was very out of shape! As he rests, a jeep pulls up holding Odin, Hel, and Black Hawk. They have come to take him to Tsagaglalal. They have all been enemies in the past, but they are drawn together by a common enemy, Dee. The chapter ends as Mars launches himself and his sword at Prometheus.

In Chapter Thirty-Four, Virginia tells Dee that she has been talking to Josh. Like Josh, she is curious about his plan. He says his plan has changed; this angers Virginia, because she has given up her peace and solitude to assist him.
