Chapters 29-32 Summary

In Chapter Twenty-Nine, Sophie and Tsagaglalal hold hands with the Sorceress, who takes part of the auras so that she is able to give some of her aura to Nicholas. Perenelle says it is very important that Nicholas get one more day of life. As the women held hands, Sophie understood why she was reluctant to partake in this. She has the Witch of Endor's memories and did not want the other women to know all that she knew; as they held hands some of their memories could be felt by the others. Sophie began to wonder how long her family had been watched by Aunt Agnes and others and why they had been watched. She wanted to talk to Josh about this; as she thinks this, he is there.
