Summary

In Chapter 20, Day 17, Harry talked to Filip in his jail cell. Filip was shocked when Harry told him the police thought he was the Snowman. Harry convinced him to tell him why he had contacted Idar on the day of Idar’s death and why he had confronted Camilla. Filip admitted that Birte had cheated on him. He showed Harry the black book where Birte had written down numbers in code.

After learning that Erik, Camilla’s husband, was one of the men with whom Birte had affairs, Harry went to question him. Erik seemed surprised to learn that Birte had a variety of men other than Erik. Filip had gone to Erik’s house with the intention of confronting Erik but instead he had met Camilla. He had told her about the affairs.
