Summary

In Chapter 12, Day 7, Skarre learned from one of the narcotic officers that Idar had been seen frequenting the Hotel Leon, a place known for drugs and prostitution. When they threatened the owner of the hotel with an investigation, he admitted Idar was a regular, that he rented out the same room twice a week. He was visited by black women, sometimes in pairs. They call him Dr. White and he always has a doctors bag with him. Sometimes the women tried to bring their children with them but the owner would not let them in.
