Summary

Callie talks to Oscar about her theory where the City children are concerned, and though he tries to argue with her, the evidence she presents is compelling. She tells Oscar to consider how many children could have been made with five wizard trees and how much money Caleb could have made by making them.

As Callie continues to posit and back up her theory, Oscar suddenly sees the truth of it and realizes that there is a hole in the Barrow magic.
