Part III—Pages 150-154 Summary
In Part III, pages 150-154, Jason Dorrant has nightmares for the week following his interrogation and false confession. Jason feels like he doesn't belong anywhere in the world, including with his family. He is on medication and now he doesn't like to be alone. Jason is struggling with why he confessed to the murder when didn't do it. He also wonders if he could confess to it if it is something he is capable of doing. Jason realizes that he could not murder someone like Alicia, but he could murder someone like Bobo Kelton. He goes into the kitchen and gets a butcher knife out of the drawer after thinking he can wait for Bobo outside of the recreation ceneter where Bobo hangs out.
