Chapter 7 The Invitation That Changed My Life Summary and Analysis
This chapter highlights one of the most memorable experiences in Monty's life. He is invited to meet the Queen of England, who is intrigued by the fact that Monty can communicate with horses. He receives a formal invite to Buckingham Palace in 1989. He is supposed to spend an entire week at Windsor Castle. Monty is shocked and also thrilled at this opportunity.
Monty is quite nervous to demonstrate his techniques to the royal family. He is worried he will fail and what is one of the best days of his life will quickly turn into one of the worst.
