Chapters 16-20 Summary

Meeting with Kaspar, Anita does not get much more information that the file contained. Kaspar is only able to answer the questions that Marcus wants him to. The list of suspects to question are all rivals for Marcus' authority. Marcus believes that all shapeshifters should answer to one person, one united pack. Marcus wants to be that person. Richard calls during the meeting and Anita makes arrangements to meet him for dinner at her apartment.
