Summary

In Chapter 117, Langdon and Sato continued to clash over the objective of their mission. While Langdon wanted to save Peter, Sato insisted she had another, more important goal. Sato decided it was time to show Langdon the same thing she had shown Bellamy in order to get his cooperation. The first image that Langdon saw was of Mal’akh, dressed for his first initiation service with the Masons. Next there was footage of the actual initiation. Langdon could tell that Mal’akh had edited the video to give the worst impression of the Masons possible.
