Summary

In Chapter 27, dragons are panicking and screaming as flaming logs fall onto the canopy. Tsunami is surprised at how much catches on fire, considering the Summer Palace is surrounded by water. The tunnel cannot accommodate the number of dragons trying to escape to the open ocean. The only other way out is to fly out and the battle is raging in the sky. Shark rushes by, rallying those who will listen. Tsunami's first instinct is to join the fight but Clay urges her to reconsider, saying they need her. Clay and Tsunami free Webs and Riptide.
