Brian wrote a story about a man who had contempt for everyone including himself but learned how to trick people into liking him. Once he won their friendship, he would try to destroy them. The name of the protagonist was Marilyn Manson. Brian began his music career as a kind of social experiment. It was 1989, and Miami's 2 Live Crew was facing a lot of criticism because of the obscenity in their music.
