Summary

In Chapter 22, Cassie was angry with Frank for leaving her sitting in the interview room in which she and Rob had worked so seamlessly for hours. When Frank finally came to talk to Cassie, he admitted he was not making much progress with Daniel and the others.

Cassie suggested to Frank that he interview her and let the others listen. She planned to suggest that her memory was starting to return. Cassie also asked Frank to detain Daniel, so she could have some time alone with the others after the interview. She believed they might talk if Daniel was not around.

When Frank returned to Cassie, he coaxed her into telling him that she remembered having blood on her hands. She claimed she remembered running and falling, but also claimed to be worried that everything she was remembering was a dream. Frank continued...
