Chapter Sixteen Summary

In Chapter Sixteen, Eve tells Spiro what Dom has told her about his childhood on the phone. Spiro says it adds up to what he has been finding. He looked in Jamison for school records. He traced down an agency that went out to the Baldridge hilltop and discovered that the two brothers were being home-schooled. There was no mention of Dom/Kevin. Kevin didn't attend the meetings either. If the killing was because he was ignored, why hadn't he looked for attention when he killed? He had kept the kills hidden for so many years.
