Chapter Thirteen Summary

In Chapter Thirteen everyone is back at the house. Jane is with Monty and Sarah is worried about him. He is very depressed. Joe tells Eve that Spiro is on his way. It seems he was coming anyway because of something that Charlie found. Spiro didn't share the information. Mark called and said he was coming. He wanted to be where the action might happen. He didn't quite trust Joe to keep the deal he had made in order to find Eve. Joe gets ready to leave. When Eve asks where he is going, Joe tells her back to the grave until Spiro gets there the next morning. Eve says that Dom won't dig her up. Joe wants to make sure. Eve wants to go with him. He refuses to allow her to do that.
