Book 4, Pages 170-185 Summary
The city is plunged into a power outage and mayhem reigns everywhere. At the jail, the Mutants revolt against the guard and turn his gun on him. They manage to weasel their way out of the cell and flee. An airplane explodes into the side of a building, which causes enormous explosions. On the streets there are riots breaking out. Fires spread throughout and Gordon fears that his wife Sarah is trapped in their apartment building in the blaze. Batman and Robin go out once again, this time on horses. They head to the dump to rally the Sons of Batman. Batman knows that he must rely on them in order to save Gotham from the chaos.
