Book 1, Pages 46-55 Summary

Gordon decides to relight the Batman call in the nighttime sky. Batman visits the commissioner for an update. They talk about Harvey Dent's return to crime and how and when he will strike again. Meanwhile, one of the Joker's thugs pays him a visit at the Arkham facility and tells him that Dent has asked him to make bombs. As Dent makes his next move, Batman is there to thwart his efforts. Although Batman knows deep down that Dent has returned to crime, he pursues him to find out for certain. After a perilous chase, Batman finally tackles him and uncovers the criminal's identity: it is indeed Harvey Dent.
