Importance: After being on the run for three years, Chris is stunned to discover an e-mail from her old handler who seemingly offers her a way out. Carston explains in his e-mail that the policy of the department has changed, and it needs Chris back. To do so would free Chris forever –but Chris can only suspect that it may be a trap. Still, she has no real alternative but to at least meet with Carston.
