Chapters 17-19 Summary

On his way home, Harry meets Corvo, the DEA agent who was working with Moore. Harry tells Corvo he plans to go to Mexico. Corvo believes that is a big mistake, warning Harry that he should not trust the local cops. Harry tells Corvo everything he has, including the theory that Zorrillo is using EnviroBreed to transport drugs into the States. Corvo tells Harry that EnviroBreed is directly across the street from Zorrillo's ranch. Corvo also says that Zorrillo, who is usually very visual, has not been seen at the ranch for more than a week. Zorillo likes to be around the bulls he raises for the local bull fights, so he can usually be seen near their pens, but that has not been the case lately.
