Kate Warner

Kate is the doctor whose hands it rests in to repair or eradicate the Atlantis Plague, and is the only one who appears to be immune to the disease. As such, she is the perfect candidate to carry out the trials in a search for a cure. In the process, she learns that the history of evolution as she knows it is not entirely accurate, and fearfully discovers that in order to fix things she might be required to make a larger sacrifice than she’d ever thought. For the previous ten years, Kate has been searching for a cure for autism. Recently her adopted father, Martin saved her from the structure under the Bay of Gibraltar after her biological father, Patrick Pierce had helped her escape from a similar construct under the surface of Antarctica.
