Tony tells Hank about Yolanda Ackles, a patient at a local institution that has been mainstreamed into the community. She had been encouraged by her counselors to attend classes at the university and had done so. Yolanda had also been reminded to stay on her medication, which she had not done. Yolanda claims that she hears Tony's voice coming out of the walls in her room, and that she is pregnant. Tony swears that he has never even touched the girl, who has now become a stalker.
