The next time Cookie visits Sister at the hospital, her parents bicker in the front seats while the car skitters all over the ice. Cookie has no idea what she'll be walking into in Sister's room, and to top it all off, no one even acknowledges that it's her birthday. Whenever the family visits the hospital, Cookie's parents say a quick hello to Sister and then leave the girls alone.
