Summary

In Chapter 13, as the sun rose, Clint sounded the alarm that a line of three bulldozers was approaching the building. The first bulldozer broke through the first and second fences surrounding the building. Kronsky threw his sticks of dynamite inside the prison through a broken window. Clint pulled out his pistol and shot at someone. The bullet punched through the mask and Clint supposed he had killed him. It was easier than he thought it was going to be.

In Chapter 14, Jeanette followed the fox through the woods. She felt fully awake and free for the first time in years. Jeanette began smelling kerosene as she and the fox reached the Tree.
