Part 2, Chapter 11 - Epilogue Summary

Part 2, Chapter 11 - The next morning, Layken wakes up, realizing she is in Will's house. Will makes her coffee. Will is taking Kel and Caulder to a movie so that Layken can talk to her mom. Layken doesn't know what to say to her mother because she is still mad at her mother. Across the street, Eddie shows up, and Layken waves her over. Eddie figures out immediately whose house Layken is in, but doesn't say anything. Layken explains that her mother has cancer. Eddie tells Layken she needs to go and talk to her mother. Eddie also asks for an explanation about Will, and Layken consents. Eddie promises not to tell anyone, not even Gavin. Layken explains everything that has happened between her and Will.
